Incoming freshmen - Summer 2025 Info

This information is for Incoming Freshmen & New Players Only. There are two ways to sign up:

  • Online Form - (Be sure to click SUBMIT at the very end)
  • Download PDF Form, Print and Mail to: 81 Via Regalo, San Clemente, CA 92673


You MUST complete your medical clearance info BEFORE the summer camp. (You cannot participate if this isn't done).


The $125 Donation can be paid via payment link, QR Code, or check (mailed to the above address). Please include players name.


*Note: Should you make the Summer League after camp evaluation, there will be an additional "Summer League" form & $100 donation to cover league needs.

2025-26 ATHLETIC CLEARANCE INFORMATION

Important

All current players, and incoming Freshmen or new players, will need to complete the Athletic Clearance paperwork and  physicals. 


This must be completed BEFORE you can participate in Summer Camps, Summer League and Placement Sessions.


Don't wait. Get it completed early.


Sea View Orthopedic Medical & SCOR Physical Therapy will be offering physicals on May 17th. This fundraiser is a fast and convenient way to get this completed, while supporting SCHS. (Additional info in flyer).


The athletic clearance forms will be available after May 1st. Click on the ATHLETIC CLEARANCE button to access.
